My country is a big manufacturing country,and the products manufactured are not only widely used in the country,but also the output sold abroad every year is particularly huge.Under the conditions of increasing demand,the market competition is also very fierce.Efficient arrangement of production is the core issue of enterprise processing and production.With the continuous development of informatization,many large enterprises have gradually transformed to informatization,automation and intelligence through the combination of industry and computers.The certain enterprise is a factory that manufactures cast pipes.At present,there are problems of insufficient management of enterprise resources and manual scheduling of orders.Due to the enterprise resource planning system(ERP)and advanced production planning and scheduling system(APS)on the market It does not fit well with the unique resource types of the factory and the actual production capacity of the production line,resulting in the inability to carry out comprehensive and effective management of corporate resources and the inability to reasonably arrange production plans.In response to this problem,the main work of this article is as follows:(1)Order acceptance and scheduling model construction.According to the actual situation of the factory production line,the order acceptance and scheduling model is constructed with the goal of maximizing profit,and the inventory cost,buffer cost and the waiting time caused by the switching of different types of orders of the machine in the production line and the delay penalty and rejection cost of the order are all Taking into account,it is more in line with the actual production capacity of the factory and actual order profits.(2)Improve the whale algorithm solution model.An improved whale optimization algorithm(IWOA)is proposed to solve the order acceptance and scheduling model.In order to improve the convergence speed and global optimization ability of the standard whale optimization algorithm(WOA),this article focuses on population initialization,dynamic learning,and individual elimination.Improve and use the coding method of ranking + deviation degree to apply the WOA for solving the real number domain problem to the integer domain problem of the order acceptance model,and compare IWOA with WOA and the improved gray wolf algorithm(HGWO)through experiments,which proves The advantages of IWOA in solving the order acceptance model.(3)Development of automatic scheduling system.Combining the existing inventory and specific needs of the enterprise,design a fully functional enterprise information management module to comprehensively and effectively manage the resources of the enterprise;integrate the order scheduling algorithm into the scheduling module to arrange a reasonable scheduling plan;The two modules are integrated to develop a complete automatic scheduling system.
