The alignment and adjustment of the dome is critical to the assembling adjusting of the guided missile tracking. The precision of the adjustment process affects the imagery quality of the optical system, and it is the premise of ensuring the expected goal of optical design.The existing alignment and adjustment of the dome contacts detection based on beating instrument,for the improvement of the precision,the traditional detection scheme can not meet the current accuracy requirement of centering adjustment of the dome.This paper combines the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the existing achievements, proposes the non-contact detection scheme based on laser triangulation principle,which can realize the dome of non-contact,high accuracy,high efficiency centering adjustment.First, this paper studies the detection principle of laser triangulation,and theoretically deduces the conditions of Scheimpflug in the object image relationship,by comparing the structure of direct type with oblique type,according to the comparison,the paper selects the incidence of the system,and achieves the objective of micron level objective in the dome of eccentricity.By analyzing and comparing the four kinds of centering adjustment measure,this paper selects the three points adjustment method,then uses the differential micrometers as regulating component to modulate the dome centering adjustment. Finally, this paper thoroughly introduces the principle of the experimental system. At the same time, through the establishment of experimental model, deduces the corresponding adjustment formula. On this basis of model, the paper sets up the experimental verification platform, and by using iterations modulation reaches the regulation accuracy requirements of the system. Then the paper analyzes the cause of the system error, and proposes the corresponding solution.The experimental result shows that the accuracy of this system can reach 0.9?m,satisfied the accuracy requirement of centering adjustment of the dome.At the same time, the detection and adjustment of the system can be easily extended to other application fields, and it has wide application prospects.
