Testing And Adjustment Of The Laser Head Prosecutors Machine System Software Design

The optical pick-up is an important part of DVD .CD player and DVD-ROM in computer ,its function is picking up the primitive signal from disc and it is basic part in processing signal .Examination-adjustment machine is a special equipments to examine and adjust optical pick-up .This paper is focused on the study of the principle of examination and adjustment about examination-adjustment machine and the design of system's software about examination and adjustment of optical pick-up. The examination-adjustment machine mostly including: control section,signal alter section and mechanical movement section.This system .through imitating the optical pick-up status in DVD player,collect and deal with the input and output electric signal from optical pick-up itself automatically adjust floating bolt and adjustable resistance,make the specification of the optical pick-up attain the demanded data.The system's software of examination-adjustment machine is writed by expanding BASIC language and assembly language. It includes examination-adjustment program, failure process program, display program,information management program , I/O control program and data transform program.This paper put great emphasis on the program's design of examination-adjustment and the handling of a few typical signal.
