| In order to realize the transformation from management to service in our country and show the government Pro business image, China began to carry out government led investment work from the beginning of the last century 80 years. However, due to the administrative management?administrative examination and approval system reform is lagging behind, investment promotion is still being new in China, and it needs to be improved from theory to practice after the past 30 years of development. It is a new way of thinking to apply the electronic government to the investment promotion.This thesis takes software engineering as a tool, and analyzes the construction of information support platform for the government investment promotion practice. First of all, this thesis expounds the concept and characteristics of government investment promotion, and combined with the problems in the practice of investment promotion, this thesis puts forward the data and service platform planning of "three libraries and one network". According to the software engineering requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system deployment and other processes to build Beijing Chaoyang district investment promotion of basic data and services platform, and finally the application of public cloud computing technology to implement and deploy the Internet service platform.This thesis is based on e-government, software engineering and work practice of the author, first proposed the information support platform planning of "three libraries and one network", and the deployment of the work carried out the operability of the strong practice of the design and implementation of the electronic government affairs platform for investment promotion. |
