The Influence Of New Media To Xiangyang Teenagers And Countermeasures Research

As a media form come from new technical support system, the new media has the characteristic of rich media content, convenient and smooth communication channels, equal communication and so on. Because of this, it gets more and more people's favor. As the hope of our nation, teenagers have become the earliest, the most widely and the most active group of new media, because of their own physical and psychological characteristics. However, new media such as network has two sides, on the one hand, it can provide a good learning, living and working environment for teenagers, on the other hand, it can also cause false information flooding? illegal behavior and other issues, bring new legal and moral challenges, and has a tremendous impact on teenagers' lifestyle, learning, thinking and behavioral patterns. In this context, this paper analyzes the impacts of new media on teenagers and the reasons for that, tries to find out how to make full use of the opportunities and challenges which new media and new situations bring to us to make the new media play a positive role in teenagers' growth. This paper has the important theoretical value and realistic importance on guaranteeing teenagers' comprehensive and healthy growth, and achieving a sound and orderly development of the network.This paper mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey, documents research and individual interview. To be scientific, this paper firstly selects a part of Xiang Yang teenagers or adults ranging from the age of 14 to that of 35 as samples to make an investigation about their relationship with new media. Secondly, through summarizing and processing the investigation results, this paper tries to find out the positive and negative impacts that the new media exerts on the teenagers. Finally, from the aspects of government, society, schools, families and new media, this paper explores the preventive measures and solutions to ensure teenagers' comprehensive, sound and civilized growth. This paper proposes effective measures about perfecting network legislation, strengthening the network surveillance, raising teenagers' voice on internet, enhancing education for new media, strengthening the industry self-discipline of new media in order to prevent or decrease the negative impacts that the new media brings on teenagers.
