In today's society, the network has become an indispensable part of our daily life. The Internet develops very quickly. It's like a continuous expansion network which has reached every corner of the world. In China, the rapid development of the network is obvious to everyone. The network has created a very broad platform for us to work or study. And the development of P2P technology helps a lot on the building of the network society. It also brings the network a qualitative leap. The rapid development of the network has brought great changes to the whole society in all aspects, and did affect greatly on the study and life of the young people. Network has constructed a new form of our society. In China, the using of the network has become more and more popular among young people. While traveling in the virtual space of the network society, there are some positive and negative effects for these young people in the real society, for example, it is easy to get themselves addict to the internet, network crime and so on. These negative effects have caused highly attention of the society. How to guide the young people to use the internet properly? And how to prevent those social problems caused by internet addiction? Therefore, the research on adolescent network problems has great meanings for the growth of healthy Internet and construction of socialist harmonious society.This paper analyzes the P2P technology and figured out the essential of the internet problems. It also talks about the network addiction, network game and network pornography problems which have negative effects to the young people from the angle of network technology. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward some effective suggestions from the angle of technical, government and society.
