Design And Implementation On The Management System Of Automated Storage At The Logistics Center

The operatting costs of warehouse storage account for a great proportion in the whole expense of logistic.While the working efficiency of warehouse storage is the core of logistic management.One of the fastest developing component of modern storage management is automated warehouse.and the development of warehouse management system(WMS) is also one of the main research area in logistic management field, their successful implementation and application is an important method for companies to improve the level of storage management and working efficiency.The origin of this working is from the automatic stereoscopic warehouse project of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology. This paper designed software and hardware for storage management according to the characteristic of special materials based on automatic stereoscopic warehouse of logistic center. First of all, this paper analyzed the existing problem of the original storage manage pattern and storage process, optimized and build new system of storage manage pattern and process, cleared the demand of software and hardware for warehouse management. Explicit needs of software system according to analysis of system. This paper proposed technical structure and interface architecture in system designing in the light of needs of software, laid the foundation for the design and implementation of the system.At the mean time, determined functional configuration according to the different demands of process. This paper confirmed design principles and nomenclature of database, further ascertained the foundation, rules, authority management and report management. According to the hardware needs, this paper raised hardware constitution of automatic storage system, decided realization conditions and operating requirement of hardware devices such as shelf, pallet and stacking machine. While, this system can calculate the in-out efficiecy of storage.Currently, the system has been put into trial operation. It has realized the information, automation, standardization, standardization of automatic stereoscopic warhouse, improved working efficiency, and achieved fast reaction of customer demands.
