Automatic warehouse is an electromechanical product of high-technology, which is a combination of information, storage and management, and has been raising more and more attention.Firstly, the plan of the automatic warehouse control system is raised in this paper and the control system is partly debugged. In this plan, the industry computer is used as a center to attemper, manage and supervise automatic warehouse. High performance Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is used as aisle vehicle and pipeline controllers. Field industrial bus enables supervising and control parameter transferring between industrial computer and PLC, and between different PLC in this system.Then, the management goods position and the task rout optimizing are discussed in the paper. Based on a deep study on the effect of aisle vehicle's working efficiency, a reasonable requirement which aims at the convenience between fetching and depositing is put forward. Moreover, a rule that minimizes the times of position finding is raised. Working efficiency is highly improved after the application of optimizing attamper methods. Energy cost and machine abrasion are decreased. Efficiency of goods retrieving is increased.Last, aisle vehicle fault detection and process method are researched. The possible fault statuses are analyzed in this paper, and deal with the different faults in different grades, aisle vehicle is auto recover to normal state as much as possible when faults happen. The reliability and maintainability is improved by the method.
