| With the diversification of consumption patterns, as an necessary part of life, e-commerce has been developing steadily, other than grew explosively years ago. In recent years, economic development driven by product turns to which driven by service, with the changes of the concept of industry service, that service is playing an increasingly important role in promoting economic growth. Exploration of human nature in service, rather than pursuit of cost efficient, is turning to be the expansion concept for the area of B2 C and O2 O, which is the leader of e-commerce market. As the industry mainstay, B2 B e-commerce will also face the challenges of this change.Current domestic and international researches exists the three problems through studying the research of domestic and international service design.(1) It lacked of researches on the service design process for business;(2)Standard hierarchy division of service design limited applicability in different industries;(3) It lacked of researches on the field of B2 B E-commerce website;The research carried out the following works to solve these problems.(1) The research proposed the commercial service design process, including six steps: business targeting, user requirements analysis, service program planning, service prototype design, service program evaluation and the program development, which based on the process framework of services design overall;(2) The research proposed five levels of service experience design- sensing layer, experience layer, participation layer, and feedback layer. The importance of each level for the experience of E-commerce platform was emphasized.(3) The research completed the revision of the B2 B e-commerce website(UC Union) based on service design concept. Under the direction of service design process specifications and experience design levels, prototype design, interactive design and visual design of the website was accomplished, to meet the business requirements and user needs.This project set foot in the subjects like interactive design and visual design. It toke the B2 B e-commerce platform in advertising union for example, proved the effectiveness of commercial service design processes to guide design of B2 B e-commerce website design effectively by design practice, and that e-commerce website could be designed according to the division of service experience level. The subject has made significant attempt for the research of services design in B2 B e-commerce, And this approach also carried rational analysis on many questions about services design in correlative fields. |
