Since the naissance of We Media, it had played an increasingly important role and became a hot area of media research. Based on the Subscription, WeChat is the most popular and the most influential form of We Media,its rapid development has stood out particularly.Firstly, based on combing the conception of We Media in this report,we can distinguish it from New Media. After brief description of several forms of We Media, the We Chat individual subscription——“Beckey's Dreamworld” has been chosen to be analyzed by the case study method.Secondly, the productions of We Media has been creatively divided into two parts:“content product” and “user product”, and has been defined respectively. In the component of“content product”, I analyzed emphatically “core layer”, “expression layer”, and “additional layer” in whole production process. At the same time, I listed several kind of means to state how We Media operators to gather and maintain subscribers. Meanwhile, “social contact” is always highly correlated with those two kinds of products.Thirdly, when discussing the relevant issues of commercialization, I showed the inevitability and categorized the currently feasible ways to cashing as “conventional type” and“innovation type”. After the feasibility evaluation, others can learn from these ways.Finally, through investigation, the author had came conclusions from 4 different angles: the We Media is a great platform, social factors play an important role, the trend of “de-self” has appeared, and We Media operators are growing to “Product Manager”. I also made summary and reflection.
