With the increasing industrial activity and large amount of dust produced in the will of human health and safety production brings a lot of influence, the dust on the lungs will cause irreversible damage, which will affect the operation line of sight of people.Precision instrument for a long time in the dust concentration is too high in the environment will have a great impact on the life of its use, so that the wear rate is greatly increased,more importantly, working in a closed workshop, high concentrations of dust event of fire will be in danger of combustion and explosion,therefore, the rapid and accurate detection of dust concentration in the production and life, it has become the main problem that people need to face.Multi sensor data fusion mainly refers to multiple sensor data fusion can be obtained after treatment, compared with the original data to reflect the real situation of the conclusion.The purpose of data fusion is to get a better response to the current actual data by the integration of the data, rather than the detection of any individual data in the information,using the advantages of multi sensor detection system with or independent detection, improve overall system operation and the detecting precision, the elimination of single sensor detection due to the environment and other reasons caused by the limits of.Multi sensor data processing in the military field, industrial inspection, pass the examination, patient care system, financial monitoring system, land and marine traffic control system, air traffic control system has a good practical significance.On the basis of previous studies, this paper proposes three methods, which are based on different principles, such as optical transmission method, capacitance method, charge method, and so on.Based on the information fusion processing method, the advantages of data aggregation and processing are summarized,based on three kinds of different sensors, the measurement scheme of dust in the same time and the same area is realized.This paper respectively to three kinds of methods of measuring were in-depth study, the advantages and disadvantages of induction and comparison, the respective detection principle, the selection of sensor and an amplifying circuit, and the sensor information fusion principle and method are introduced, based on this for the project to choose the required based on optimal weighted fusion algorithm are introduced in this paper.Finally we verify the experimental data. Experimental results of the measurement of dust concentration of the regional value of the unknown, with a known concentration values are compared to prove the scheme is feasible, and in operation and accuracy to be able to reflect its advantage.
