A Research On The Laser Measuring System Of Three-dimensional Scanning

Three-dimensional measurement technology is one of the hot studies at home and abroad which is widely used in smart tailoring, navigation of intelligent robot, digital modeling of antiquities, creating a virtual space, industrial intelligent production, medical testing and other areas. This paper carried out the study of three-dimensional laser scanning technology and measuring system of measurement about the problems of the body shape reconstruction and workpiece size detection in the industrial production, which is important for the improving of the level of detection in the industrial automation area.The measuring principle of the system was studied for this paper.it presents a portable and flexible measurement solution in the paper, based on the technical parameters required and currently available scanning measurement programs, and a mathematical model of the measurement system. This paper researched for the calibration method of the system. Using planar scaling technology, it realized the system calibration of the camera parameters of the system probe, laser plane parameters, and the probe rotation parameters. This paper presented a extraction algorithm of the center pixel coordinates of the light lines using the technology of background subtraction and multi-threshold segmentation based on the classic steger algorithm of center stripe extraction, improved the measurement speed. This paper Using C ++ designed the software modules of the measurement system, including image processing, system calibration, motion control, three-dimensional reconstruction, which laid the foundation for the development of the measurement system. The measurement accuracy of the system was verified using the standard workpiece. The experimental results show that the three-dimensional laser scanning measuring system meets the technical requirements.
