As competition in our country small and medium-sized shopping malls increase, and all kinds of commodities in the mall beyond count, there is gradually increasing management difficulty. The traditional marketing model can't keep up with the pace of the times development. with the progress of science and technology and development of the Internet, information management has become the main mode of small and medium-sized mall marketing, the mode which can not only improve the working conditions of the staff and let employees be free from hard work, but also can improve customer service quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote the malls consumption for creativity and market competitiveness to win more benefits for mall. So that small and medium-sized store information management is imperative. According to the demands of users, the mall information management system is starting from the actual situation of the mall marketing, whose implemented functions includes the basic file management, procurement management information, sales information management, inventory information management, intelligent analysis and system maintenance, etc. With basis on B/S system structure mode and combination with Net development platform SQL Server 2008 database access technology, each each functional module is designed and implemented one by one.The business strategy of customer relationship management(CRM) “Take the customer as the core” has let enterprise attaches great importance to. In order to better improve customer satisfaction and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, it is particularly important to do a good job in customer relationship management. The mall management information system introduces the data mining technology to traditional customer relationship management(CRM), using the data model for analysis of a large number of data in the marketing process, so that the customer or market can be divided into different types and then analyze the customer's interests and behavior for helping the mall keep old customers and develop new customers, finally achieve maximum benefit for the mall.The implementation of the system will have a significant impact on small and medium-sized mall management, and will bring unprecedented economic benefit and social benefit for the enterprise.
