In this paper, collaborative management system was established, through researching and analysing the present university information management. With this system, the management efficiency was improved obviously.With the advanced technology, Justep X3 platform, the subject analyses the present situation and development prospect of university logistics management. The software system is designed on the application of the five standard levels:data modeling, business modeling, business process definition, general query statistics and definition rights management. Based on this, logistics business management, authority management module and logistics management function tree model are established. Business flow chart and data model are built by ER.WIN as database design tools, SQL Server 2000 as database and Delphi language as realization code. Finally we can realize the main function part, i.e. asset management, water and electricity management and maintenance management.Meanwhile, the article also makes a detailed introduction on Justep X3 platform. Based on the platform, the logistics management system can enhance the establishment of a more complete enterprise management system, which can cover the modern enterprise information, such as business implementation, management control and decision-making plan. The logistics management system adopts the new development model, which greatly reduces the manager’s workload. At last the time efficiency is greatly enhanced.
