Development And Implementation Of A New Intelligent Police Car Information Management Platform

With the increasing modernization of the policing system,the pace of informatization construction of police system has gradually accelerated.The speed of replacement of police equipment has been accelerated,and the problem of resource allocation of police has gradually increased.Among them,an important part of the information construction of policing system is the intelligentization and informatization of police vehicles.In the process of informatization,the more prominent problems are the huge amount of information,the difficulty of management and display,the inconsistency of the operation interface,and using very difficult.Various restrictions have reduced the efficiency of the use of police cars.The subject aims at optimizing the management of police vehicle information resources,and takes smart police vehicle information as the main object.After a full investigation of the domestic and foreign police vehicle information management systems,a set of police vehicle system information management platform is designed and implemented.The entire system includes information verification,intelligent identification,deployment management,task management,data agent and other functional modules.In this article,we will conduct detailed design and analysis of the central control platform,including intelligent video monitoring,information verification,information collection,alarm management,and control management.The realization of the topic uses software development engineering ideas,WEB development technology,SSM framework and other mainstream Internet development technologies.The thesis first conducts a full investigation on the background and development status of the police car information management system at home and abroad,and then analyzes the problems and improvement schemes of the traditional police vehicle information management system.Feasibility analysis and requirements analysis were carried out,and an overall system model based on requirements was established,and key technology introduction,outline design,detailed design,system implementation,and system test were carried out on this model.The intelligent police car information management platform implemented by the project has greatly improved the management efficiency of police vehicles,and simplified the using process of police cars in policing system.
