Along with the electric power enterprise's development, the computer management information system obtains more and more widespread application in the electric power business management. We through investigate and study many electric power enterprise present situation, discovers in the electric power enterprise the electrical network construction to be day by day complex, equipment quantity increases suddenly, the device type to increase day by day, needs to construct a set of standard unified production management system, realizes the product service standardization and the fine refinement, then the promotion enterprise production management level, raises the working efficiency. In electric power enterprise's daily productive work, how highly effective, reasonable dispatch and use enterprise resources, reduces the power cut number of times, is the main goal. This needs to improve present the question which in work and so on device management, work mission management, power cut project management exists, for example the data pool not unified, the platform not unified, has not implemented the standard flow and so on. Based on such background, this article designed with realizes has produced the MIS prototype system.This prototype system is being clear about the function demand fully in the foundation, and unifies the electric power enterprise actual situation, decided that uses the Cordys platform to carry on the development, the reason that chooses this platform, the key is because regards the enterprise which in the Cordys platform provides to serve in the formidable conformity ability which and BPM main line EBS has the integrated modelling, the execution, the monitoring environment. In the technical route, this prototype system has used the SOA construction, the architecture is the B/S structure.This prototype system has realized the electric power enterprise three big operation flows, respectively is the power cut plan flow, the key work production flow and the equipment flaw supervisory work flow.
