Media industry is a knowledge-intensive industries, good human resource management opportunitiesand challenges in the21st century is the key. However, human resource executives are inside one of the mostimportant resources; Meanwhile, compensation management is one of the most important components ofhuman resources, so how do the executive pay system construction becomes particularly important. On theother hand, the media industry is different from other sectors of its investment in the amount of advertising isthe main source of income for the enterprise, to put the amount of advertising and executive compensationlinked to an important part of executive compensation incentives. Therefore, in order to promote thedevelopment of enterprise executive incentive compensation is a common issue for each media listedcompanies currently facing.In this thesis, Huawen Media Investment Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the Chinese newsmedia articles), for example, through the induction of human resources and generalization of the theory tothe status quo executive compensation incentives listed companies in China’s media analysis as a startingpoint, introduced Chinese news media present the relevant circumstances executive compensation incentives,incentives to identify its problems are mainly executive compensation incentives with business strategydecoupling; operators from fixing the remuneration, internal control is serious; for executives insufficientattention to long-term performance incentive plan and other issues, analyze the main reasons for the companyexecutive appointments based not clear; corporate governance structure is not perfect; professional managermarket is not perfect; lack of understanding of human capital and so on. At the same time, combined with itsexecutive incentive compensation analysis of influencing factors and foreign media executives of listedcompanies pay incentives reference to China, the last case of its own existing Chinese news media present,the company proposed executive compensation incentives should be designed to short-term incentive salarysystem and stock appreciation rights system would like to combine long-term incentive compensation incentives and salary incentives proposed in the operation of issues that need attention.
