Research On The Emergence Of Network Related Events

Emergence exists in the natural and social systems universally. When a phenomenon can be identified and repeated, the emergence begins to appear. As a typical system organization, the network often presents its “emergence” with its complicated information dissemination. Throughout the network hot events in last few years, their spread is no longer limited to the fragmentation of the cases but presents to be serial and complex. These events have a similar structure and emerges in accordance with the time and space. This phenomenon has a positive impact on government behavior and social system, but also leads to class confrontation, network and social disorder and other adverse consequences. Based on these, this study takes Holland?s emergence theory as the guiding theory and analyze this issue from the following three aspects: the emergence patterns of Network related events, cause of formation and it?s influence and countermeasures so as to understand the Internet communication forms and provide academic references for the government and media to response the negative impact.In the analysis of the emergence patterns of Network related events,this study takes the three stages of Holland?s emergence study to construct the chapter framework. The three stages are blocks and eternal novelty,dynamic and regularity, hierarchical organization. The three phases used in the this study are the collection of network related events emerging series case, emergence patterns of network related events and the hierarchy of network related events. Analyzing the network related events? external form in space and time and the tag mode in inner sense, then points out that network related events emergence has two levels: label process from a single event to event series and series of label social thinking process of events set.Inquiry into the causes of the emergence of network related events,combined with Holland?s emergence generation mechanism research, the author believes the causes of network related events of emergence mainly lie in three aspects: the background of network technology, action mechanisms and the main whole social environment. The interaction and extensive links of the network provide the external impetus for the emergence of network related events;The hot spots of network related events itself, the interactive game between the network media and the social mentality and the choice of Internet users are the main mechanisms for the formation of the network related events;The conflict of the whole society and the reality of the social stratum differentiation and identity reconstruction are the deep logic of the emergence of the network related events.In the study on influence and countermeasure of network related events, analyze its positive on the government behavior and the social system level, also point out that the class antagonism and differentiation, network loss of fan and non rational emotive smoke of negative effects that it results in, and in view of its negative influence, the author puts forward some solutions to the countermeasures of government network governance and network media.The network related events phenomena of emergence is network communication?s new and complex phenomenon. Through analysis of this phenomenon of cognitive form, this research is aimed to provide a general “process map”for this phenomenon and provides ideas and references to the government and media that response to the class antagonism, spear shield upgrade even group action caused by this phenomenon.
