| With the development of the computer network technology, the requirement of the market is more and morehigh to automobile and motorcycle products, which has brought a huge challenge for automobile and motorcycle industry. However, the present situation of the auto industry is that auto enterprises often face the shortage of resources such as technology, personnel, equipment and scientific discoveries, which are often rich in R&D institutions. What's more, the relevant government departments, which should be supposed to play an important role in the development of the auto industry, is insufficient in its service ability, management ability and information collecting ability. So, this paper presents a research on a cloud manufacturing service platform of auto industry. Through this platform, relevant government departments can be more convenient and efficient in collecting the management information and location information of the auto enterprises. This platform can also promote the exchange of information among the relevant government, auto enterprises and R&D institutions so that the auto enterprises could easily find the needed resources that the R&D institutions can provide like technology, equipment, scientific discoveries, the R&D institutions can efficiently apply their technology, equipment,and so on, to the right enterprises, and then converted to the productive power. This is also good for the relevant government department to make good development plans or strategies for auto industry after they have a comprehensive understanding about auto industry. Therefore, the research on the manufacturing service platform for auto industry is as follows:(1) After the investigation and analysis of the demand of the potential users of the platform, This paper classified the platform service object, extracted the main business content of the cloud manufacturing service platform for auto industry,and finally established its business model.(2) By the analyzing the requirements of platform users for enterprise map, combined with the research on related technology of Electronic Map API, designed the main function for the auto industry enterprise map; By building the description model of enterprise demands and R & D services, studied the method and process of intelligent matching between demand and service; established the security model of the platform.(3) Designed the overall function of the cloud manufacturing service platform for auto industry, built the prototype system of the platform and demonstrated its feasibility.(4) According to the platform architecture and technical architecture, developed the platform. After its on-line operation, the promotion and the user's use case, verified its application effects. |
