With the development technology and material conditions,working and living personnel in extremely cold regions have increasingly higher requirements for the comfort and safety of wearable devices.In order to meet this demand,this subject has studied a control device with both positioning and heating control functions.By controlling the graphene heating sheet,the device enables the peripheral device to have an active heating capability in addition to its passive warming characteristics.The device can also implement positioning monitoring of the position of the wearer of the device through satellite positioning technology to enhance the safety of personnel in extreme environments.In addition,the device can also connect to a remote server through a wireless network,receive control instructions sent by the remote control center,and upload current device status information to the remote control center.This project designed a device that combines GPS/BEIDOU dual-mode positioning and heating.It uses two independent heating modules to adjust the temperature of different parts separately,effectively meeting the needs of different body parts for different temperatures,can greatly improve the user experience.Control unit and remote control equipment(powered by android app)connected via server,So that both the device itself and the remote control device can control the temperature and query the location information.This device uses STM32F103RBT6 as the control core and is implemented by peripheral temperature control circuit,positioning circuit and software control system.This device uses MC20 chip to achieve location information acquisition,uses DS18b20 to collect temperature information,and is equipped with a LCD to display the current device temperature information and location information.By writing server software and remote APP control software,the device's information can be displayed remotely,and the device can be controlled by remote APP.The test results show that the positioning accuracy of this device can reach about 20m;the temperature control accuracy fluctuates around ± 1 ° C;Theoretically,the load power of the device is below 30 W,and the minimum applicable temperature is-40 ° C.The device has the characteristics of simple circuit structure,low power consumption,accurate temperature control,fast positioning,and small error.This device can be widely used in inaccessible and cold regions.The device can provide an effective reference for multifunctional clothing and similar devices.This subject lays the foundation for subsequent engineering applications and has high application value.
