For example it brings transport operators and transport vehicles andpractitioners increasing year by year. However the road transport of dangerous goodsaccidents occurs frequently that caused more huge losses to state property and people’slives and safety. The reason of Transportation of dangerous chemicals occur frequentlyis that the truck transport monitoring and management system was not establish andcannot be monitored in real time. Therefore, how to use modern technology to solvetransportation of dangerous chemicals in the process of regulatory loopholes is thepurpose of this study.In order to solve this problem, we put forward a scheme that combine BD2andGPS to realize logistics cars Remote monitoring system. It consists of vehicle terminal,communication network and Remote monitoring system. The vehicle terminal consist ofC8051f380of Silicon labs as MCU, select SIM900as communication module andchoose UM220implementing receiving and transmit positioning information. TheRemote monitoring system adopt B/S systematic structure with the functions of remotemeter reading and billing management, statistics and analysis, real-time monitoringterminals and so on. The paper describes the significance and background of the remotemonitor systems and elaborates the Mainstream technology and related theories firstly.Secondly, we puts proposed the general scheme of the system according to the Ministryof Transportation specifications for vehicle monitoring system and the actual function ofthe subject need and detailed design of hardware and software of remote monitoringsystems. Finally, we tests the system, the results show that the systems works Stable andreliable, have friendly Human-computer interaction program designed and the programdesign is reasonable.The system has many typical features such as simple structure,stable performance, cost-effective features, and engineering applications. So far, it hasbeen used into the situation and can meet the needs of vehicle monitoring andmanagement of hazardous chemicals. It can used into the public transport system,school bus system, taxi system, official car system as well, so it has extensivepromotion of the use value. |
