In recent years,government departments have launched a number of key e-government projects.System with the national organization to counties 'large group work network' built and put into use to meet the needs of the business application system work system construction is imminent.Annual province-size face of a large number of party information to towns statistical data,how to use advanced computer networks,data warehousing,OLAP analysis,and information security technology to effectively address the accumulation of electronic data,dynamic queries,statistics and analysis issues,so that these valuable information to better serve the party's construction and development services for different situations and different needs for the members to provide personalized service for the Party Central Committee and national decision-making to provide the necessary supporting information worthy of our consideration and reflection.In this paper,by analyzing the statistical information on the status of party members around the content and statistical requirements,mining business needs,the establishment of business processes,through the establishment of a data warehouse approach,the existing data into new data warehouse,and data integrity,normative school experience,to eliminate unnecessary noise.Through different periods,different demands of different situations analysis,online analytical processing OLAP system,data warehouse data to predict possible,and supplemented by manual identification.Secret classified information according to network and application requirements,improve information security mechanisms,the establishment of information security system,implementation of the decentralization of the use of data,encryption levels and user authentication requirements.Test run through the system,find and sum up experience,to the need for improvement.
