Design And Implementation Of Integrated Statistics Information System Of Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau

Humanity has entered into the information-resource developed and utilized society with the fast development of the modern times sciences and technologies. The electronic computer, as a processing and information-developed tool with the capability of fast and accurate data processing and marvelous data memory and storage, now has found its wide applications in all fields of our society. The statistics information, as a main body of society economy information, urgently needs the modern scientific and technical methods displacing the traditional hand-processing methods to realize the statistics information automation.This article is based and referred to the practical statistics working situation, petroleum computer network support, core of statistic index system, data base platform, the guarantee of unified statistics works. The article uses the system analysis based on UML Method to establish integral statistics information management system on the database technology. The article, on the theory and practice combined method, studied and discussed the established petroleum statistics informatization developing situation, stated the necessity and importance for establishing integral statistics information management system of LPEB. The studies have shown the advanced techniques and methods to be used in the system. The article, taking for the practical example the development procedure of integral statistics information management system of LPEB, gave the detailed analyses of the integral system design, safety police design. In the design of data module, following the strictly requirement of the third model type, gradually elimination of partial function relying-on and transmission function relying-on are made, thus are got the data met the third model type and E-R graph; while the relation design and entity design are depicted out in 2 dimensioned table and thus the data dictionary is got. In realization of the application system, in call of the rule of independent usage and data uniformed, the tectonic system of the combined types of C/S and B/S models is adopted; JAVA technique is used to system development, the system is made to have better portability and easier maintenance. The data collection duty is realized by usage of DTS Package Designer and ROLAP database is used to realize data storage. Finally, multi-dimension analysis of Liaohe Oilfield statistics data is carried out by data slice, tube and rotation and thus more valuable analyzed results are acquired. The integral statistics information system of LPEB, based on the MVC 3 layers systematic configuration, is the combination realized of the relative java technique with the relative type data base and has the functions of data inputting and correcting. Its successful realization is very important to the promotion of the statistics work management. The application of it shows that the customer interface is cordial and flexible in operation, which has realized the automation of collection, transmission, process, inquiry, analysis, evaluation, application and promulgation for the statistics information, realized the data sharing and raised working efficiency and standard.
