It’s a data information explosion era in modern times. In the business market, senior staffs desire to get those really effective data and information from vast amounts of data samples, and interactively access those data from various angles consistently. After that, simple data will have a deeper level processing for users to gain a deeper understanding. On this basis, senior staffs will make the long-term development planning and marketing strategy. As for those business users, the core desire is how to maximize customer satisfaction, and it is also the core aim of this project.This project aims to provide detailed statistical results for enterprise and business customers and senior executives through OLAP (on-line analytical processing) data processing method and B/S (browser/server) system structure and drilling way to display in the front-end. This system supports complex analysis operation of a large number of data, focusing on the support for enterprise decision-makers and business users, also, the project provides a straightforward query results. In addition, due to the system is a high complexity professional system, those non-expert users are hardly to obtain the intuitionistic results, so the system also provide the online customer service module and knowledge base module to help those green hands to understand and make full use of the platform. The OLAP Based Online Statistical and Help System based on customer service management system from the company AsiaInfo, The author worked as a developers in this project, independently completed two modules design and realization, that is the OLAP online statistics module and knowledge base module, participated in the design of online customer service module, and the design and implementation of the project overall architecture.Firstly, this system satisfied the customer demand, and achieved the anticipated target of the system construction, and effectively helped the China Mobile big customers to realize the function of data analysis and on-line help, which making enterprise big customers obtain the user’s feedback information in a timely and effective manner. Secondly this system realized the customer complaint information classified statistics and management functions, and provided customers with a more scientific and efficient way of statistical analysis. On the basis of the statistics results, the project facilitate enterprise big customer decision makers to make the next step of strategic planning for the enterprise. At last, the project has been running for several months, and the system achieved the desired goals, and won the user’s consistent high praise.
