With raising year by year the number of party members, party statistics, information management and other party members working under increasing pressure. If the use of traditional paper forms or simple Excel spreadsheet to do mobile registration information of party members, not only spend a lot of labor and time, but also to make information entry, consult, extraction becomes very difficult and the accuracy of the information greatly reduced. To solve this problem, Design Institute for the introduction of software "national party management information system" developed by the central organization department information management center and Beijing super red technology co. ltd.Based on the idea of software engineering and information technology, the dissertation researches the national party management information system (primary version) software analysis and design of information systems management information of party members. The system, Windows Server2008R2platform, uses Visual Basic language and Access database software development. System has a visual design, event-driven, application programming interfaces, dynamic link library (DLL), Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE), Object Linking and Embedding (OLE), Open Data Access (ODBC), reliable performance, database security and good performance features.System functions mainly includes three aspects:(1) the daily management of party members, Relationship turn, Mobile party management, membership dues management, general election, party members, organizational life and other basic management functions;(2) party information and data packing and building a database.(3) party data analysis, summary, report generation, backup and reporting and other analysis and statistical functions. Basic information system to achieve the party’s digital and intelligent management, improve the scientific management level of party work.
