With the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry,FMS is widely used because of its high intelligence,high automation.In the FMS processing,tool management system is more and more valued.However,due to extremely rich in species,large numbers of tool,complex parameter properties,resulting in the management and application of FMS tool in extremely cumbersome.As a result,it has very important realistic meaning that the key technologies of FMS tool management system are studied.In this paper,the key technologies of FMS tool management system are researched.On the basis of structural analysis of the composition of the tool information,a set of new tool coding method is proposed.The relevant design of tool code is completed.Tool identification module of FMS is designed by combining with RFID technology.On the basis of traditional algorithm,an improving anti-collision algorithm of electronic tags is proposed.The traditional algorithm and the improved algorithm is simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB.The conflicts of the electronic tags are improved.And the design of hardware circuit of RFID recognition module and PCB are completed.An experimental platform is built and the data read and write operation of the electronic tags of the identification module is tested.The tool information data structure is analyzed.Based on the traditional data structure of the tool information,a cross-type bill of tool structure is proposed.On this basis,the traditional traversal algorithm is improved;a higher operating efficiency optimization algorithm is obtained.According to the E-R model and by using SQL Server2008,the tool information data sheet of FMS tool management system is designed.As a result,the information database of tool is designed.The demand of users on tool management is considered in FMS manufacturing process and the operational process of system is designed.By the use of Java andcombining with database,the FMS tool management system is designed.After the key technologies of FMS tool management system is studied,the consumption of large quantities of tool resources during the processing of FMS production is reduced.The tool can be used reasonably,adequately,and effectively.Finally the processing efficiency of production in FMS is increased,and a solid foundation for the further study of tool management is laid.
