High-speed rail maintenance tools have many types, complex models. They are used frequently. Their storage, warehousing, inventory, are normally operated by hand, there are regulatory loopholes, which will result in the risk of safety accidents. How to effectively and scientifically build a set of suitable for high-speed rail maintenance field requirement of portable intelligent tool management system, has become an urgent problem to be solved , as that to realize the automation and intelligent maintenance tools management, improve the management level of high-speed rail maintenance department, effectively ensure the safety of the operation of the rail line, high efficiency.This paper first introduces the research background, significance of high-speed rail maintenance tool management, and then discusses in detail the RFID, EPC and other modern networking technology, analyzes the next of the high-speed rail maintenance tool management mode, the management system construction goal, put forward the functional requirements of the system, and the corresponding software hardware and information needs, combing the high speed rail maintenance tools binding, warehousing and inventory management and other important processes, to provide support for the tool management system to realize the function of high speed rail maintenance. In the implementation of the system, the hardware and software, use the database and software development platform are introduced, namely the selection of 900M high frequency anti-metal shielding RFID chip and integrated RFID reader module WiFi and M8 handsets product of Shanghai fine company as the basic hardware, operating system is WINCE5.0. Developing language is C# in the VS2008 environment, the basic programming operation the handset and RFID reader module, on the basis of the design of man-machine interface of the tool management system in high-speed rail maintenance tools, tools, tool storage library binding tool, inventory and other functions. At the same time as the handset data processing and storage capacity is limited, therefore, the use of WiFi communication module and PC handheld machine tool management system, the temporary data uploaded to the PC database, and realize data synchronization with PC database. Finally, the work of this paper is summarized and prospected.
