Design And Implementation Of Enrollment Management System Based On J2EE

With the deepening of the reform of higher vocational colleges and the enlarging of students enrollment scale,a lot of enrollment data is needed to be analyzed and processed.For colleges,the enrollment data is very important basic data in teaching management.It is the very important task of enrollment management department to standardize,summarize,and analyze statistically the enrollment data for the decision making of relevant departments and leaders.At present,the information is not accurate,timely or convenient to search or analyze in the management process of higher vocational college enrollment.To address this problem,it is necessary to design a relatively sound management system of higher vocational college enrollment,to make the related management and oversight process more scientific and precise,and to improve the level of enrollment management informationization and standardization.Based on the related needs and the field research of the higher vocational college enrollment management,the software development and project management theories,as well as the platform of MyEclipse,this project designed a enrollment management system using the technology of SQL Server 2010?Struts?Spring.First,the related technologies were briefly introduced.Then,analysis was made from the aspects of feasibility,functional and non-functional requirements.On this basis,designment was making from the aspects of general design,detailed design and database design.In system implementation part,it is carried out in three aspects,i.e.,system realized environment,the realization of database and the implementation of the school enrollment management based on B/S.In the implementation of the school enrollment management based on B/S,it is divided into 5subsystems of enrollment planning management,application management background,enrollment management,enrolled examinee management,and system management.The project designed a system using computer technology and network technology to manage the enrollment information and enrollment process,which completely changed the traditional mode of management,and made enrollment information more timely,accurate,secure and efficient.
