Design And Implementation Of College Enrollment Management System

Students and the quality of students for the university in terms of its importance is self-evident,so the recruitment of work for the colleges and universities are particularly important.In order to ensure the follow-up student management work smoothly,there needs to carry out effective management on enrollment information.To this end,the need to establish a set of effective application software for the permanent management of enrollment information is very necessary,but also multi-student data within the school to provide the basis for sharing.With the advent of the information age,enterprises and institutions to use the application software to achieve information has become a normal office,for new students to report management needs to be managed through a set of software in colleges and universities,for which schools through different ways to carry out the development of admissions management system.This paper studies the enrollment management system on the basis of the abuse of enrollment management and the accumulated experience over the years of Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College.Through the study of other colleges and universities found that there are some differences in the development of enrollment system,some colleges and universities are using pure C / S architecture for development,and some colleges and universities choose B / S architecture for development in order to facilitation.there are certain characteristics for the development of different architectures.After the study of the actual situation of the school,this paper determines to select B / S and C / S mixed mode to develop the enrollment system.The main commitment to the work and specific problems of system development shows as follow:(1)This paper selected to the ASP.NET environment which adapts to the school center room configuration requirements for development,and in the server to install SQL Server 2008R2 as a database management software for data storage and exchange.(2)This paper first selected Power Design as a system modeling tool for a comprehensive analysis of the system and design modeling in the development,the completion of the system use case design,business process design and data design.(3)Through the development of software programming to complete the business functions,this paper main realized the basic data management of the enrollment system,class management,enrollment admission,enrollment registration,admission business management and enrollment information query related business specific implementation.The establishment of the school enrollment management system facilitate the students to take the work and the new students to the school registration and the new class distribution and other business operations,solve to the number of students due to excessive enrollment.At the same time through the enrollment management platform to completely solve the student information sharing and student information management.Through the B / S and C / S and other mixed mode submitted by the enrollment of the efficiency of the work.
