The Design And Implementation Of The Enrollment Management System In Teaching Point Of Radio And Television University

At present, the Radio and Television University have large scale enrollment, enrollment work become more complex, the work need more and huger data information, and also have more and more requirements on information security. however, most of the enrollment management work in teaching points still relying on the manual operation, it’s easy to make unnecessary problems and errors due to the mistake, brings many difficulties to the enrollment work. The teaching points eager need a powerful software system to help out on complete the complicated problems in the enrollment, to reduce the workload of staff, improve the enrollment work efficiency; guarantee the entire enrollment process with accuracy and integrity.This paper analyzed the background of system design and function need to be realized, and briefly described the main problems that to be resolved and the user needs, to complete functional design according to the requirement analysis of software, to realize the application system design and system function framework design as per the system requirements analysis and requirements elicitation, then design the detailed function and database of system. This system using the Struts technology, B/S structure, Web2.0 technology according to the relevant cases to development, provides the function design on user management in the college, basic data management, major management, enrollment plan management, resisted student management and class management, and use SQL SERVER 2008 as the database of the system.System realizes six function modules on user management in the college, basic data management, major management, enrollment plan management, resisted student management and class management, the module of user management in the college can query, edit the user of teaching point, and set user permissions, create user by using of the create function. Basic data management module can query and modification for basic information of teaching point, facilities and teacher arrangement status. in student management module, it can view all professional information which has been opened in the teaching point, declare new major function can query the major application and approval status; Enrollment plan management module can complete the filling enrollment plan in enrollment plan management works, report the enrollment plan of provincial TV university and check the enrollment plan distribution; Resisted student management module can realize the function on student information management, class placement, student achievement entry; class management module can realize the function on class student management and class creation.The deployment and operation of system can meet the basic needs of the enrollment work in teaching Point of TV University, it can smoothly complete the whole enrollment process, make lager number of enrollment data become simpler for handling, reduce the burden of the staff and improve work efficiency. The system can meet the needs on enrollment information management in teaching Point of TV University, it running with stable, safe and reliable, provides the powerful guarantee for the teaching point on the enrollment work.
