Research On Analysis Design And Implementation Of Safe City Monitoring System

Because of economic development and social progress people are more and more concerned about the city's public security problem. At the same time, the security problem of a city becomes the focus of the city modernization. In order to promote the smooth implementation of the peace city construction project, the nation and local competent departments at all levels attach great importance to it and increase investment. The content of this paper is the real-time video monitoring of urban road traffic situation. This project has important practical significance to improve the overall management level of public security system, especially maintain security of city, improve detection rate of public security system, strengthen the law enforcement ability and provide a basis for illegal driving motor, and the experience could be a reference for future similar projects.Based on the theory of project management theory, system planning and system planning methods, this paper introduces the monitoring project related theory respectively from the characteristics of video monitoring project, the purpose of monitoring project construction, the characteristics of safe city project three aspects. The video monitoring system of safe city construction project is planed and designed in detail from requirement analysis, system function analysis, system security demand analysis. This paper studies the whole requirements of system, integration requirements of system, management requirements of system and safe requirements of system four aspects and analyzes system information collection, information transmission, information storage and backup, rights management, system control, automatic inspection and alarm information disposal and other seven sub function more deeply. According to the landscape management requirements of the ministry of public security and public security system, the primary, secondary and tertiary system safety measures are planed and designed respectively. Finally an safe city construction project as an example is planed and designed from the project organization management, project schedule management, quality management, and project environment control four aspects.This paper has a certain reference value for the large video monitoring system construction project in the security industry and project management of security enterprises in the project planning and management throughout the entire life cycle of the project. In this environment, enterprises need to successfully apply project management to meet the challenges of future project in the development.
