Mobile Information Service Design Based On User Information Behavior Research

The development of modern mobile information technology has brought opportunities and challenges for the information services technology industry.At the same time,mobile information service information had a significant impact on people's behavior,study information behavior of users can be targeted to provide mobile information services and content strategy.In addition,service design has become an important content of academic research,but also achieved some results.But at present research on the user-centered design of mobile information service still exist much space for exploration.For the above,this paper based on the basic principles of service design,while combing domestic and international information behavior and conduct research related to mobile information service,proposed mobile information services design model and processes based on users' information behavior.In today's society,father parenting consciousness gradually strengthen,people have gradually realized the importance of fathers' involvement in childcare.But now mobile information services designed primarily for preschool children's mother.In this study,preschoolers' father,for example,to explore the needs of his information services in depth and design mobile information service app.First analyzed the existing products on the market,combined with interviews and questionnaires on information behavior of users,get their information acquisition,selection,exchange and evaluation of the situation and the behavioral characteristics of users of mobile information service expectations.Next,based on a detailed analysis of the study results,further grooming behavior and critical path of the user's emotional and cognitive context,summarized five major categories of user scenarios.Then,combined with users' service expectations in different contexts,summarized user requirements to make service design strategy.According to the strategy of service design,combined with market competition product mobile information service system design is proposed.Preschoolers father mobile information service system presented by the technical of service blueprint.Finally,the service expanded around smart mobile terminal app design,namely establish a mobile phone app of childcare information services as the framework of the application functionality and interactive processes,mainly comprising: online interactive learning parenting information,parenting activities to enroll online after offline activities,family Parenting information sharing,and other functions.And invite users to interact with the product prototype through usability testing to assess satisfaction,understand design deficiencies and provide basis for the subsequent optimization.In this study,combined information behavior research with the service design research,expanding the application areas and its explanatory power.In addition,the research status of mobile information service childcare products and preschoolers father information behavior,and apply its findings to the mobile childcare information service design,can provide designers reference in mobile parenting applications design.
