Study On The Management Of Teaching-research Libraries Optimization

The reader is the center of the knowledge economy era, China's domestic library business process is not reasonable, a waste of time and energy to other readers,Business operation is not standard, influence the work efficiency of library management and librarian's professional image; Service quality level lag behind;Space design is flawed; and information technology application slow,these problems bring the bed influence to the library itself and the reader with the development of the technical and intelligent direction, for example, the digitalization /information /networking, etc. Obviously, because of the Library management didn't experience the industrial training, and now they must face building information management, these make the libraries can't play function in the era of information and industrialization.Industrial engineering originated in western manufacturing, then gradually penetrating to the Banks, hospitals and other organizations and achieved good effect,industrial engineering in the western developed countries is the result of long-term development of industrialization. Industrial engineering is considered to be put an end to waste, optimizing the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of the main weapons, in summary, the basic idea of industrial engineering include: cost and efficiency, problems and reform, work simplification and standardization, and the overall global and people-centered. Because of the role of industrial engineering in library management ultimately reflect on improving the efficiency of library work, so in the information era, the industrial engineering for building a scientific library's management is essential.This paper based on the industrial engineering perspective for the teaching research libraries, first of all, it use the current library management system theory of university to summarized the characteristics of the teaching research to our country library, and put forward the optimization of teaching research university library management in China. Second, To optimize the teaching research libraries teaching research libraries, use the process reengineering, ergonomics, dynamic analysis methods to the libraries' organization, business process, service quality, businessoperations, space layout and information technology. Finally, use the theory to the case in the class library, are analyzed in practice, and put forward the improvement Suggestions for teaching research library of the category management.Research by using the basic method of industrial engineering, putting forward useful suggestions to try to improve the quality of teaching research university library management and management efficiency, and also provide certain reference for other types of colleges and universities library.
