| At present, China’s reformed in the financial sector puts forward gradually. Chinese commercial banks need to upgrade their business systems in order to deal with the market changes,. At present, the credit business platform needs design a full line of credit management information system which includes a suitable front, middle and back office operations. In the competition of the financial industry, the informationation of credit system management aims to better enhance their market competitiveness and avoid the operating risk of the company. The bank’s credit management system is related to the bank credit in the business operation in order to realze company’s long-term stable development under the condition that the social economy develops and the scope of business and commercial bank credit project types are expanded a lot, The present bank credit system based on C/S mode gradually exposed some shortcomings, for example the software and hardware platform and the database structure model, data types and inconsistent informatio n circulation and operation obstacles, the efficiency of the system is decreased and the repair of difference and so on. The main reason for the development of the commercial bank management system is to implement data collection, transfer, sorting, storag e, modification and application. It is required to carry out these operations. The system can realize the full range of information management, such as customer’s basic information, customer credit evaluation, loan application approval, loan payment, risk identification, customer’s bad asset information, and job evaluation. Research and development of the system aim to prevent and reduce the possibility of credit risk through these functional operations, as well as reduce the cost of bank loans for business management to help banks better development.In this paper, the theoretical framework is establish ed with JAVA EE mode and the Struts structure of the B/S model to explore the corresponding analysis. The system development applies JAVA EE as the basic MVC structure, coupled with the MSSQL Server 2012 version of the database, the system composition and function of comprehensive study. According to the research and development of system software, the first step is to perform the operation system needs analys is, and with the help of UML open modeling, step by step analysis of the system use cases, but also to develop a whole scheme of the system and structure of R & D. The basic function of the system is composed of the user information management, after appro val of loan supervision for loan applications, user review loan monitoring and so on, these features include operation of all aspects of the loan project. With the help of JAVA EE model and Struts structure, the loan management system includes several characteristics such as high portability, low risk and can be reused. The system in the JAVA EE model is independent of from other software or middleware and hardware, so that the design of this system can be applied to all system program, the function is very important for the banking system in heterogeneous representative calculating background. |
