The Design And Application Of Teacher Training Management System For Vocational Institutions

Teacher training in vocational colleges is an important task to improve the teachers' ability. Based on the network, many training institutions have established a network education training systems of teachers. At present, the main problem is the relatively simple function, the limited interaction between various bodies in the educational process and the lower data intelligent processing level and other issues.All of these existing problems need to be improved.This paper based on in-depth needs analysis of training platform, designed the main function modules of the platform and the construction scheme, the system solved the training resources sharing according to the permission, the classification preservation about training teachers and trainees interactive information and the trained teachers online learning in intelligent data analysis and other issues. Using resource sharing technology based on user identity, it directly recommended the knowledge to needed users, solved the personalized problem in the knowledge management, and achieve better effect of knowledge service. It put forward to lead the computer collaborative learning technology into the construction of vocational college teacher training and management system, the system automatically according to the trainees' learning practice the situation, make a choice about exercise, training,testing and other content for fitting different trainees actual situation, this paper put forward communication platform scheme based on theme, training teachers through the platform can realize the unification of Q & A, it offer unified solution and release for higher frequency issue, which effectively improved the learning efficiency of teachers in network training system, while strengthened the teaching and learning interaction between teachers and teachers training. This paper also put forward applying the decision Tree data mining technology into the trainee teachers network learning behavior data processing, which select nine trained teacher network learning behavior parameters and through data acquisition and preprocessing, mining, and the result analysis and other steps, obtain decision information and guide the learning of training teacher. And it also provides the basis for training teachers mastering trained teachers' daily learning.Vocational college teacher training system can effectively expand the training process of classroom. At the same time, it achieve acquisition and analysis on learningbehavior data based on network and compared to the traditional training model, it can provide a more scientific training and guidance. Therefore, the research and design of vocational college teacher training and management system has practical significance.
