Zhoukou Vocational And Technical College Network Teaching Platform System Design And Realization

As the technical foundation of Online Teaching, Online Teaching Platform, is playing an increasingly important role in the modernization of higher education. Through online education, a digital learning environment can be created to promote the reform of education conception, teaching content and method, to enhance the quality and efficiency of education, and to improve learners'ability to survive and develop in the information society. Many Online Teaching Platform software packages have been designed and developed at home and abroad. However, the designing of Online Teaching Platform is still in the exploratory stage, judged by their function and application effect.This paper introduces the relevant background of the Online Teaching Platform, and the relevant educational theory on its development. Based on the analysis of the current Online Teaching Platform, this paper realizes the network teaching system of Zhoukou Vocational and Technical College. The network teaching system, with J2EE technology and MVC model as basis, uses Struts framework and Hibernate to design and implement. This design does the abstract separation of show logic, transaction management logic, database management services and etc.; and it realizes the display logic, application logic and processing logic with different modules, which can interact and reuse. To develop the network teaching platform with this design is conducive to the reuse and expansion of the system, improves greatly the efficiency of system development, and makes the maintenance of the software simpler and more effective.
