Design And Implementation Of Middle School Teacher Training System

Middle school teacher training is an important work to improve the ability of teachers,a lot of training institutions based on the network have been established for teachers' network education and training.At present,the main issues in the training systems include that the function is relatively single,the communication between the main bodies in the educational process is limited,the level of intelligent data processing is low.Thus,we need to improve these systems.This thesis analyzes the demands for training platform,designs the main function modules of the platform and the construction scheme,solves the issues of the classification authority sharing of training resources,training teachers and trainees saving interactive information,and training teachers' online learning intelligent analysis data.By using the user identity based resource sharing technology,this system can recommend the knowledge for user,and solve the issue of personalized knowledge management to achieve better effect of knowledge service.The computer collaborative learning technology has been introduced into the construction of network education and training system.This system can automatically select the situation,exercise,training and testing according to the trainees' practical learning and the situation.In addition,this system constructs a communication platform based on themes.The training teachers can realize the unification of Q & A,high frequency unified solution and release through the platform,so as to effectively improve the learning efficiency of teachers in the training system and while strengthen the teaching and learning interaction between teachers and teachers.This thesis applies decision tree into the teacher learning system to learn the network behavior.Data related with nine teachers have been used to obtain decision information,which can used to guide the trainees' learning and provide the basis for training teachersThe middle school teachers' training system can effectively expand the classroom training process.At the same time,the analysis of learning behavior data can be obtained based on the system.Compared to the traditional training model,this system can providemore scientific training and guidance.Therefore,it is very significant to the actual research and design of training teachers training system of network education.
