Design And Implementation Of Occupation College Network Teaching Platform

The construction of the online teaching platform of the vocational institutions(shortened form: teaching platform)is an important method of promoting information technology to be comprehensively applied in the field of teaching reform and practice of the vocational education. It is also a base of education informationization and a kind of systems engineering in need of long construction and maintenance. Due to the complexity and variety of the educational resources, there is a great difference in its understanding. Therefore many various educational resources of different levels came out, which led to difficulties in management and utilization.This study discussed the application and the popularization of the teaching platform, in allusion to the construction and practical application of the online courses and the teaching resources in middle and higher vocational institutions. And the new teaching platform characterized by the integration of “teaching, learning, exercise and evaluation” were proposed, according to the investigation on the established one, in order to effectively construct the teaching resource platforms at different levels, cause the resource systems to share their data, enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the education resource searching and ensure the quality of resource construction.The construction of the teaching platform is based on the scientific outlook on development, serving education agencies, teachers, students and other learners. By sharing the teaching resources of high quality, it can propel teaching reforms in the vocational education; push forward the renovations of teaching ideas, methods and modes; improve the quality of talent cultivation; explore the methods of certifying the results of learning and training based on the resource library and the mechanism for accumulation and transformation; provide resources and service for part-time learners; improve the serving abilities of the vocational education; and provide the conditions and guarantees for the development of a flexible and open lifelong education system and a learning society.Directed by the policy of national demonstrative school construction, the platforms meet the requirement of the application of the network and digital teaching resources in the vocational education. And they are curriculum-centered, teacher-directed, studentbodied, emphasizing students’ self-study.In the teaching platform construction, we aimed at assisting teaching and learning, introduced “fragmented recourse, constructed courses and systematized design” as design and construction criterion, and reinforced the function of sharing application.
