With the development of electronic technology, Active Phased Array Radar(APAA) is widely used because of its advantages such as low scatter, multi-function, high reliability, searching and tracking multiple targets. Because radar is usually used in demanding and complex work environment, it's necessary to design a reasonable structure and heat dissipation at the beginning of the design. But lack of the knowledge of the electrical performance for traditional radar structure design personnel, the structure of the antenna is designed to meet the requirements, but the electrical performance is not satisfied. If the electrical performance is not satisfied, the product is required to be redesigned, it will cause the long design cycle and high manufacturing cost. Therefore, a fast and automatic evaluation software is needed to design the antenna's performance.Based on the theory of mechanical and electrical coupling of APAA, the paper studies the fast evaluation software of the performance of the antenna in three kinds of typical working conditions to meet the requirements of antenna performance fast evaluation by using two times of C++ Builder. Firstly, according to the installation, manufacturing error or other test data, the software is developed based on the test data of the APAA; secondly, for random vibration condition of APAA, the paper studies the mechanical and electrical coupling analysis software of APAA; Finally, considering the antenna thermal environment conditions, the paper studies the mechanical and electrical thermal coupling analysis software of APAA. The software interface is simple and clear, users only need to input some basic parameters, the software system can quickly establish the model and impose boundary conditions, then the software can automatic analyze, users can extract post-processing results, which greatly simplifies the analysis process, shorten the design cycle. In this paper, using three software, the author calculates the electrical performance under different conditions, verifying the effectiveness and accuracy of the software platform. The construction of the software platform provides a great convenience for structure design and prediction of the electrical performance of APAA, which have far-reaching engineering significance.
