Nowadays,notebook computers are developing in the direction of thinning and specialization.On the one hand,the performance requirements are getting higher and higher,and the power consumption is also increasing.On the other hand,the volume is getting smaller and smaller,and the weight is getting lighter and lighter.As a result,the heat dissipation performance of notebook computers has become a prominent problem affecting stability and reliability.At present,the main heat dissipation methods used in laptop heat dissipation design include natural cooling,forced cooling and heat pipe heat transfer.After the heat dissipation design is basically completed,the hot spot can only be slowly dissipated by thermal radiation and convection on the surface.The rise of the surface temperature at about 40? will directly affect the use of the product.Experience.The purpose of this study is to reduce the surface temperature of notebook computers and improve the heat dissipation performance of notebook computers without changing the overall thermal design framework after the product thermal design is finalized.Based on the analysis of the cooling system and process of notebook computer,according to the physical characteristics and characteristics of common cooling materials,combined with the basic theory of heat transfer,graphite sheet is selected as the cooling material after analysis.Through the simulation test and data analysis,it is found that the surface temperature of the notebook computer can be reduced by 3? under the condition of 0.05mm thickness and 216mm ed66mm area.According to the optimization scheme of simulation experiment,physical experiment is carried out,which further verifies the correctness of simulation experiment.On the basis of heat transfer and hydrodynamics,the characteristics of laptop cooling system are studied.The simulation structure model of laptop is established by using simulation software Flotherm.The applicability of the model is verified by the analysis of temperature field and flow field.Through the analysis of the temperature nephogram,the high temperature area of the human-machine contact surface in the area with the highest surface temperature is found.Aiming at this area,the numerical simulation method is used to simulate and establish the improvement scheme of temperature reduction.The influence of the thickness change of graphite heat sink on the temperature is analyzed,and the temperature change curve data is combined.It is found that the scheme causing the maximum surface temperature drop is the thickness of graphite heat sink With a fixed thickness of 0.05mm and a numerical simulation method,the influence of the change of graphite area on the temperature is analyzed.Combined with the data of the temperature change curve,it is found that the scheme causing the maximum surface temperature drop is 216mm × 66mm.Without changing the overall heat dissipation layout of the prototype,according to the simulation results of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),the size of 0.05mm × 196mm× 46mm graphite heat sink is increased,and the temperature of the notebook model surface is reduced by 3.08? by using the experimental instruments such as thermometer and thermal imager.In order to compare the validity of the simulation results,the prototype experiment is carried out,and the actual temperature drop is measured to be 2.92?,and the difference between the actual temperature drop and the simulation temperature drop is 0.16?.The method of adding graphite heat sink has limited influence on the surface temperature of notebook computer.In order to further explore the method of reducing the surface temperature,it is proposed to optimize the structure of the heat sink system of the research model and find a feasible scheme to improve the surface heat sink.Flotherm was used to optimize the fin spacing and height of the radiator.Through the optimization of the fan position,the size and position of the air outlet,the best scheme to reduce the surface temperature was found.The experimental data is consistent with the conclusion of simulation,and the graphite heat sink of certain size can improve the problem of high local temperature on the surface of notebook computer;it is an effective analysis method to solve the problem of notebook computer surface heat dissipation by CFD software simulation;the size and location optimization of components in the heat dissipation system can improve the notebook table Focus on hot issues.To solve the problem of heat dissipation on the surface of notebook computer is beneficial to its thinness.
