Microsoft Yiwen Voice Assistant Design

Along with the constantly improvement of the internet technology, the human-machine interaction has evolved from keyboard-display to voice interaction. Which makes the human-machine interaction much more convenient.Siri has made voice assistant been no longer strange to us. With voice assistant, some queries and operation could be accomplished through voice interaction, which could significantly improve the convenience of the smart phone.Microsoft is the leader of voice recognition and voice interaction, which devotes to provide a more humanized voice assistant to solve the problems in specific scenario.This paper depicted detailedly about the design and build-up process of Microsoft Yi wen voice assistant. In the beginning part, the paper introduced the development of the voice assistant and the significance of Microsoft Yiwen voice assistant. In the second, this paper analyzed the present products of Microsoft and other competitors, which could provide inspiration and advantages and disadvantages in the later design. Finally, based on the early survey and competitive products analysis, the information Framework and interactive process were established, and after several attempts and revise, the writer accomplished the visual design. After finishing all the parts above, we did feasibility tests in order to make the follow-up update version.The screen lock operation is not only the highlight of the design but also provides value in the following development of Cortana Andriod version. The wallpaper feature design expresses the brand significance and attracts user, which brings business value. Finally, through the voice assistant research, a rapid completion of the task is accomplished, which fully liberates hands in specific scenario.
