Along with the rapid development of electronic information industry and electricity industry,the traditional warehouse management system has not meet the needs of high efficiency and convenience.Intelligent warehouse management system is more and more popular in recent years and is widely used,it is also a kind of miniature network system with great application prospect.According to the function,it can be divided into five layers: perception layer,access layer,network layer,support layer and application layer.By the perception layer gets information from all storage systems and real-time feedback to control center through the access layer and network layer,so as to realize the monitoring and tracking data changes to the environment.Now,intelligent warehouse management system is already integrated WiFi?Zigbee?4G?Cloud computing platforms and so on.Due to the high cost of the intelligent warehouse management system,it is not used widely,especially the small warehouse.The topic of the background and significance of intelligent storage iot system are studied,at the same time the present situation of the application of intelligent warehouse management system,we design practical automated warehouse management systema based on FS4412 and M0 and cooperate with the RFID?ZigBee?BOA server technology by using the opening source Linux system,complete the final intelligent warehouse management system.Using modular design method,respectively designed FS4412 working module,alarm module,message processing module,the lamp module,monitoring module,data acquisition module,database processing module,and data reception,analysis and sending module.Design M0 minimum system: data acquisition module(such as temperature,humidity sensors),GPRS remote wireless transmission module,the ZigBee wireless transmission module,M0 processing control module,power supply module.Among them,the data acquisition module mainly adopts various types of high-precision sensors,and convert analog signals into digital signals to M0 for data processing.Long distance communication using the GPRS/GSM communication network,short distance wireless transmission adopted ZigBee communication technology.With the char of the cutting.Main work includes the installation of the tool chain,NFS configuration,transplantation of U-Boot and the transplantation of the kernel and root file system.The environment construction and the kernel driver writing are implemented in the kernel transplantation,and the kernel driver transplantation includes libraries,video streaming server.Experiments show that designed by the method of intelligent warehouse management system can complete the corresponding management work,with the remote monitoring,data acquisition environment,and credit card records of goods information,and realize the miniaturization,integration,with intelligent storage and the development of the Internet of things.
