Research And Implementation Of Compuware APM Based Web Performance Management

With the development of information technology software based webs are widely used, especially electronic commerce website. It has become the trend of software engineering, but as the complexity of network topology structure and interconnection, the challenge of performance management is getting greater and greater.In order to ensure the availability of web applications, in this article, the research of performance management based on lots of documents and efforts. In the firstly, research on web performance bottleneck, some analysis and discuss of web application performance testing's key technology are given in the beginning, then load testing of server utilization and performance testing of work flow transaction are studied by electronic commerce system example, at last, identifying performance bottlenecks by checking log files, to put advice of optimization about web performance.This thesis proposed a testing framework EWPTM(E-commerce Web Performance Testing Model) based on Performance Testing General Model, and it is used to apply and test the system of example, the framework is with good versatility and operability, it can play a reference role for web performance testing of relevant field.Although web performance management has aroused the concern of some countries, but china still didn't seem to attach importance to the problem, enterprises should take the initiative in managing and monitoring application performance, to diagnose and solve complex performance issues with multi-layers, to ensure stable performance, dependable quality of web service.
