Research On Performance Testing Process Model Of Web System

With the development of Web applications. web performance testing. as an important means to protect the Web application quality. has been paid more attention. Testers are always confused by problems of much difficulty, long circle. and high requirement of Web performance testing. This paper proposed a performance testing process model to simplify and guide the testing work, including the RBI-based Markov performance testing model. performance bottleneck locating model and Web application optimization strategy. This model has been proved to be effective in reducing the number of testing. shorting the testing circle and improving the accuracy of the positioning of performance bottlenecks and the effect of performance optimization. The main research work in this paper includes:(1) Modeling of performance bottleneck discovery process:this paper proposed the Markov performance testing model to quickly identify performance bottlenecks under the guidance of RBI theory.(2) Modeling of performance bottlenecks positioning process:this paper proposed a performance bottleneck positioning method based on closed-loop and a hierarchical location model for performance bottleneck, to improve the speed and accuracy of the positioning of performance bottlenecks.(3) Targeted Web performance bottleneck optimization strategy:as there are different working ways and characteristics among Web front-end, Web back-end and Web database, this paper proposed corresponding optimization strategy.(4) Application of performance testing process model:with the testing model as a guide. a public information platform was tested for performance and found that there was a performance bottleneck in a component. Combined with automated performance testing and monitoring tools, we found the position of performance bottleneck and optimized it, and the efficiency of the performance testing has been greatly improved than before.
