IT management was technology-oriented in the past, playing the role of the “fire brigade”, responding passively, isolated, disordered and informal, which considered more from the perspective of the IT sector interior situation. IT service management procedure is conducted on the basis of the fact that nowadays IT management tends to be procedure-oriented. Care physicians offering IT service adopt centralized management and active service, which is the best practice of realizing the formal ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library) designedly and systematically. Besides, offering IT management service is costumer-oriented and led by the realization of business value. Meanwhile, the service is measurable and negotiable. It is expected to increase the service level of IT management as well as reduce the cost.Starting from the concept, goal and relevant content of process, through the means of management and technique and through corresponding platform management tools, platform demand analysis, design and realization, this study realizes the implementation of Change Management Process, achieves standardization and automation of Change Management, and enhances stability and reliability in production and operation of the data center.The research work of this project consists of two aspects.(I) theoretic research with regard to changing the management procedure of the IT service management, divided into the practice of idea and the practice of specific procedure;(II) the realization of the change management procedure of the IT service management in the real production and operation. On the basis of the practice of procedure and idea, the practice of the change management tool platform is able to support our real production and operation more effectively, ensure the safety of the manufacturing change in the data center, and safeguard the continuous and steady operation of the business system.Theoretic research pays attention to the real production and operation situation. The design of the change management procedure, input and output of the procedure, KPI performance index, and continuous improvement of PDCA as well as IT service management report are conducted according to the actual situation. The study of the real production and operation lays emphasis on the building scope, target, implementation plan, multimodal transport mechanism, and debugging, pilot run of the procedure tool management as well as the realization of the formal change management platform tool put into operation, which promotes the level of the IT service management to the set target.
