The Designing And Implementing Of The Project Management System Of Chengdu Mobile Group Design Institute

With the development of the informatization in China, the information management related to scientific research has to adapt to the development of the networking so as to better fit the demand of the Chinese current scientific research management department for the informatization of the scientific research management project. Based on the scientific research project information management system of Web Service, we can realize the web informatization management of the scientific research information undertaken by Chengdu Mobile Group Design Institute and of the internal scientific research project's examining & approving the management business, which will promote the current management efficiency of the major management department of Chengdu Mobile Group Design Institute and satisfy their practical work.The project management system of Chengdu Mobile Group Design Institute has used the present popular system structure of B/S/S. The software developing theories and technologies in the designing and developing of the scientific research project management system mainly include:object-based assembly developing theory, the data digging theory, information examining and structure designing of the WEB server, and so on. The method of developing the scientific research project management system is the combination of Apache, PHP, and Mysql, and takes the advantage of many current popular open source framework.This paper firstly states the research& development background of the scientific research project management system, and sets up the basic developing ideas of the system. This paper introduces the common technologies and developing method features by which WEB information system developing has used. Through the communication with the systemic terminal user, we are clear of the systemic business function needs and details of the business flow-process. Through the analysis of the needs, we build up the software group frame needed by the system development and the final software developing aims. On the basis of the analysis of needs, the paper introduces the detailed design and implementing status of the overall function of architecture design, database design, and each functional module of the project management system.In the process of the analysis of the system, design and development, the developers used a lot of various software analysis functions provided by UML to analyze system, design work, and have formed a standard system analysis and designing instruction documentation. Especially through the UML, we built the systemic database model, and further know how the main data table structure is made up of. In the part of the systemic detailed design and implementing, this paper used the function package provided by UML tools to design main core business functions of the scientific research management system in details. In the detailed content of the design, it clearly illustrates that the sub-function package of the systemic main function parallels the implementing class design, and expresses the main workflows.During and after the development process of the system, the system is tested systematically, and the test results show that the platform system basically meet the design requirements.
