With the rapid development of the domestic automobile market in recent years, the automobile industry has developed by high-speed, automation equipment and robots greatly improve the efficiency of production. Lean production as the core idea of the mode of production is used by more and more automobile production enterprises. Integration and zero inventories has become the target of automobile manufacturing enterprises to promote lean manufacturing..Based on the order driven mixing line sort of production mode (JIS/JIT/SPS) is the core of domestic automobile manufacturing enterprise on the support of modern IT technology currently. How to develop the material delivery plan and what way provide the material distribution can meet the production rhythm become the problem of enterprise and parts suppliers. Increase the frequency of delivery and supply by demand which that parts in the correct time and as the correct number on the line, this has turn to the common goal of OEMs and suppliers. To meet the need of the actual production, OEMs and suppliers have to analysis various parts frequencies and on-line ways, and develop the material pulling way with the specific business needs.In this paper introduces the JIS material pulling, PCs material consumption, TWD material pulling and SPS ingredients management material pull mode with Volkswagen enterprises parts distribution characteristics of information. Develop a set of Volkswagen's modernization material pull systems by the technology of ASP. Net, WCF, SQL server, windows service and web service of computer network and database, etc. That parts in the right time with right quantity to be on-line, and achieve the purpose of lean production.The system has passed functional testing, integration testing and stress testing, OEM in China has put into use. Business requirements and system performances of the system have reached the expected and get the users' confirm.
