As progress of social finance and science growing rapidly, logistics service has become the key of e-commerce industry. Butter logistics service can bring more convenient and satisfied shopping experience for users, which could stimulate consumption, In order to improve the experience of logistics service, the whole logistics operation has a trend toward information networking. Therefore, the project that the thesis introduced is designed to realize network management in inbound service.AITS system is developed with Maven, which is a mainstream design model, and Spring MVC architecture. Connect database with Hibernate technology, which can be more effective and standard in data transmission. Nowadays, the system has implemented main functions on the internal server. The author has divided the system to six modules and implemented each of them.The login module including functions in system login, and authority verification. When users enter the wrong password, the system will give a warm reminder.The main user module called vendors management including the management in creating vendor, waiting vendor, ready vendor, VIP vendor, and canceled vendor. Users can manage vendors’ information with the functions the module offered. In addition, this module offers user a convenient way to download the latest information.Orders management module includes functions in uploading orders, verifying order details automatically or manually, which allows user to manage all parts from creating to orders to verification in the end.Carrier management module includes functions for users to manage carrier information, monthly truck information, once truck information, and LTL truck information, which can also offer methods for users to manage all kinds of trucks and the relationship between carrier information and truck information.Fc management module includes functions to manage destination fc info, first mile fc info, which can be convenient for users to modify and query the name, type or geographic position of fc.Routing plan module includes functions in executing dispatching algorithm, saving result, which allows administrator to start dispatching trucks after users apply for it.Dispatch management module includes functions to download dispatch result, and relative bills. Users can download what they need according to the dispatch date, or update after modification.System settings module includes functions in system log management and price model query, which managed by the administrator.The AITS system is already online after comprehensive testing work, which indicates the system has achieved the functional requirements. The system runs stable and regular maintenance will be done by developers. The system offers service about picking up goods in supply chain, which is designed to conform modern communications technology. The system design combines the everyday needs of users with Internet technology, to reduce operating costs, improve producing effect, and optimize resources allocation. It makes contributions for enterprise in logistics management, through providing these suitable management and dispatching functions the system offered.
