Research On The Design Of Enterprise Mobile Learning Application Based On Incentive Mechanism

With the development of mobile Internet and smart mobile devices,mobile technology is changing our way of life,education and learning.As a new form of learning,mobile learning has been favored by more and more people and gradually become the mainstream of learning.At the same time,with the coming of the era of knowledge economy,the demand of enterprises for high quality and high skilled talents is constantly improved.However,the traditional training mode is difficult to meet the upgrading demand of enterprise training.Mobile learning has rapidly become the first choice for enterprise training and mobile learning applications began to infiltrate into the field of enterprise training.The main difficulty of enterprise training is how to motivate the employees to learn actively and maximize the value of enterprise training through mobile learning applications,so this paper took it as the breakthrough point for the design and research of the enterprise mobile learning application,which not only meets the new demand of enterprise training,but also contributes to the rapid development of mobile learning.The paper firstly combs the incentive mechanism and related theories through the literature research method,selects the motivation theory as the research theory of this paper and defines the concept of enterprise mobility learning application.Secondly,the author analyzes the characteristics and mobile learning needs of the enterprise knowledge workers that are motivated.Combined with the analysis of design case in mobile learning application and incentive factors based on ARCS incentive model to summarize the design strategy of the enterprises mobile learning application based on incentive mechanism.Finally,according to the product design process and the motivation design strategy,the author complete the application interaction and visual design of design practice.At the same time,this paper verifies the feasibility and practical significance of the research results through the design evaluation results,which will provide reference for the design and study of enterprise mobile learning application in the future.
