Empty Nester Remote Intelligent Monitoring System Based On ARM

With the development of social economic, mobility of the population has been increased, family structure has also been changed, more and more elderly people ar e living alone and left unattended. The sixth census data shows that the ratio of e mpty-nest families has reached which have older people.For home old man in Chin a presenting the basic characteristics of the big groups volume and the high rate of empty nest, this paper proposed a comprehensive real-time monitoring and manage ment service solutions based on Community Home Pension Guardianship and servic e center, through collecting in real-time and analyzing intelligently the empty nest h ome elders’multi-directional information of their security, health and life state, obta ining effective of information and conclusion, senting to community guardianship ce nter, distal cloud platform and phone client, letting community guardianship member, children and home management sector can real-time monitor and control elders’sec urity health information.Front-end system build the field information collection system based on ARM Cortex-A9, taking the embedded microcontroller FS4412 as hardware development p latform, using the Linux operating system and TCP/IP protocol Ethernet interface de sign, achieving site collection information service and cloud server of communicatio ns the acquisition of information service and the cloud server communication, then pushing to the each client, real-time displaying to present the elders’information su ch as live environment, safety,health, and intelligent analysis results and anticipatio n, in order to achieve the goal of intelligent multi-directional care for the elder. Fie Id collection information includes the monitoring video, indoor temperature and hum idity, infrared induction signal, guard against theft and fire warning information.This paper has studied deeply on the pretreatment and the intelligent analysis of vide o surveillance, and an algorithm which combined quadratic Gaussian mixture model and b ackground subtraction method is proposed in this paper.The system can separate the backgr ound and foreground of the video effectively, track and generate the moving trail of target s. It can also read the space coordinates, statistics activity regularity and duration of target, analyses the information of infrared induction and indoor safety intelligently, provide a forewarning grade which judges the safety and health situation of the eld erly. Besides, the system can push and share the real-time information to users, Int elligent monitoring service for the elderly to provide a basis for real-time interventi onThe system will present the collected information and intelligence analysis results ar e presented to the user,through the cloud database and WEB monitoring platform. Assigne d to various users different permissions can expand pushed to the user’s mobile client.Expe rimental results show that the built system can achieve the desired effect.the system has go od stability, reliability and timeliness,which has strong portability, compatibility and scalab ility.but the intelligence system and presenting information and predict the accuracy of th e information for further study and improvement.
